After various positions in the computer field in industry and higher education, I became director of the Administrative Computer Center at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, in 1989, my last and best job. 12 great years later, in 2000, I retired at age 67. To find out what I did after that click on the Peace Corps and New Journey buttons above .

August 2005, I was diagnosed with CIDP/AntiMAG IgM neuropathy or PDN. Two years later a diagnosis of indolent B-cell lymphoma and in 2008 atrial fibrillation was added. 7 years later advanced prostrate cancer was discovered already metastasized to bones and some organs. I started hormone treatment right away. It is working well. Life expectancy is between 2 and 4 years, could be longer.
